Mercy Care Services Volunteer Program

Mercy Care Services was created by volunteers who have remained a central force in its more than 25-year history of living the ideals of the Sisters of Mercy—embracing those in need, healing the sick and advocating for the underserved. The volunteer program creates opportunities for individuals to contribute their talents, skills and knowledge to provide special assistance to our clients and programs.

Our volunteer program offers opportunities for licensed medical providers such as family practitioners, pediatricians, podiatrists, ophthalmologists, dentists, dental assistants, pharmacists, nurse practitioners and registered nurses. Also needed are language interpreters and assistants for clerical/administrative support, social services, homeless outreach, residential supportive services and Hispanic health promotion.
